These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our training and development services. By requesting or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide corporate training solutions including language training, communication skills and management training, and financial training programs.
Service details (duration, delivery method, pricing, and participants) are confirmed individually in our proposals or contracts.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are set out in the written offer or invoice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due within [30] days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with EU law.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms vary for each of our training types. Terms are stated in each of our proposals and contracts.  We reserve the right to reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low attendance, or force majeure).

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All business and participant information shared with us is treated as confidential.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials remain our property.
Clients may use them internally for learning purposes but may not copy, share, or distribute them externally without written consent.

7. Liability

We deliver our services with professional care.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant training service.
We are not liable for indirect losses or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hungarian state, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hungarian judicial system .
